The first step to prevent premature wrinkles involves adopting a proper posture. Your skin’s youthfulness has less to do with age than how it’s being treated, say experts.
However, if you are already experiencing wrinkle woes, here are five ways to reduce them:
1. Exercise regularly:
Regular exercising helps to keep pores open, thus maintaining fresh and healthy skin. You can also go for yoga under expert advice.
2. Facial exercise:
A facial exercise routine is a must to prevent and reduce wrinkles. Facial muscle exercises restore elasticity of the skin and also prevent sagging skin. Go for a good facial, as it increases the blood circulation in the forehead, cheeks, chin and neck.
3. Follow basic beauty regime:
Cleansing, moisturising, toning might sound a cliché, but play an important role in grooming the skin. Apply a sun block without fail.
4. Proper hydration:
Water hydrates the skin, keeps it plump and makes it look younger. Drink eight to 10 glasses of water everyday. The body requires more hydration as activity levels increase.
5. Use topical vitamin C:
Topical usage of vitamin C on the skin can boost the formation of new collagen, reducing wrinkles.
