1 Stay positive:
Will you ever have better fitness motivation than your wedding day? Maybe, but we’re not sure when. So, take advantage of this opportunity and get motivated like there will never be another time like this in your life.
2 Set a deadline:
With a healthy level of weight loss, figure out how much time you’ll need to do it. If you need to lose 15kgs, get the lead out at least six months before your wedding. For 7-10kgs you’ll need three months and so on.
3 Do what you love:
Go for a type of exercise that you love, as you’re more likely to stick with it. Be it dancing, running, surfing or aerobics, as long as you’re moving your body, you’ll see the benefits.
4 Correct guidance:
When it comes to bridal fitness, it’s imperative to get extra help, whether via a personal trainer or a DVD program. As you’re working with a time element, you have to make sure you get the most out of your workouts.
5 Give yoga a try:
If you want to tone up, give yoga or pilates a try. Also, the toning and relaxing classes will not only give you a calming break from the wedding planning stress, but also help you get in shape.
