Fighting against flab? Aamir Khan will now help you with tips on diet and excercise. The 44-year-old actor, who flaunted six-pack abs in Ghajini, but lost weight soon after to play a college-kid in 3 Idiots, has embarked on a diet and excercise plan and has invited his Facebook fans to join him.
“Visited my dietician today. I really need to get back into shape. So Monday onwards back to my diet and workout. Hey, why don’t those of you who want to, join me in this. Every day we post a report of whether we were able to stick to the diet, and whether we hit the gym. How does that sound?” he wrote on Facebook. “We can post before and after photos as well. At the end of 3 months, we will be one hell of a fit bunch!” he added.
Khan has laid down his diet chart on his blog for his fans to read and follow. He has shared whatever knowledge he has gathered in the past few years in the process of building a physique and losing weight.
“3 things are most important, and in that order: 1. A healthy and balanced diet. 2. Exercise. 3. Rest. Exercise and rest are equally important, but the most important is a healthy and balanced diet,” Khan posted.
