1 Straw smart: First and foremost avoid smoking and all those products that stain your teeth, such as coffee, tea and red wine, or use a straw while drinking them.
2 Avoid tea: Tea can cause more stains than coffee. Herbal teas and white teas erode enamel and stain teeth. Also, floss your teeth after meals.
3 Brushing basics: Brush your teeth immediately after consuming any stain-causing beverages or foods Brush your teeth twice a day and try to follow a good oral hygiene practices. Your toothbrush should be of good company. Consider touch up treatments every six months or after a year.
