Always follow the regime and never neglect training as it is the only road to success. It means that you can gain weight with only regular practice. Weight training along with endurance training will lead you to your target.
Give attention to your diet regime as well to start seeing some improvement sooner. Eat around six times a day without completely filling the stomach.
If you are unable to achieve your nutritional requirements then you should switch to protein and carbohydrates supplements but consult your doctor and trainer before.
Diet and exercises are useless unless you are not giving proper time to recover your tired muscles resulting in dropping your capability to exercise better.
Exercises should be done with a free mind and do not expect wonders overnight because it takes really long to build a nice physique and gain weight as well. So do not check your weight every day. Give a gap of at least 15 to 20 days.
