Clean and floss: Always use a soft-bristled toothbrush. You can also use an electric toothbrush to make your brushing more effective. Daily flossing helps to remove stains and plaque.
Quit smoking: Smoking is very harmful for your teeth. Stop smoking for healthy teeth.
Beverage wise: Have you ever noticed tea and coffee staining porcelain cup? They also stain your teeth. Sipping such drinks throughout the day causes major staining of teeth. Wash your mouth after drinking them. Sipping beverages through a plastic straw reduces teeth’s staining.
Veggies delight: Eating veggies such as cucumbers, broccoli, carrots and raw sweet potatoes keep you and your teeth healthy. Such crunchy vegetables work to dissolve the molecules that will cause deep stains.
Avoid experiments : Avoid using brushing with baking soda, as it can scratch your teeth. Scratches on teeth pick up stains more readily. Also avoid dental picks and applications of chlorine bleach.
