1 Hydro bath:

Taking bath in powerful water jet with aromatic oil, mud and seaweed is a good hydrotherapy. The combination of seaweeds, aromatic oil and sea salts stimulates the blood circulation and leaves the skin feeling soft and gentle.



2 Use warm water:

Massaging with marine ingredients will add essential nutrients to the skin. Massage will stimulate circulation and reduce the appearance of cellulites. The result is a brighter, refined skin.



3 Natural moisturiser:

Use honey in your bathing water. It leaves your skin smooth, supple and also helps in removing tan from your skin.



4 Exfoliate well:

Use good quality, preferably natural, hydrating body polish. Look out for exfoliating apricot kernels blended with cooling aloe and refreshing spearmint ingredients in it.



5 Proper cleaning matters

: Even if you do not use makeup everyday, your face skin needs cleansing at least once every two days. Go for a natural or herbal facial every month.



6 Use hydrating products:

Hydrating cleansing milk can be doubled up as a light moisturiser. Follow it up with a pure and comforting tonic. Look for deep nourishing and hydrating formula that helps in reducing puffiness and dark circle.
