Here's how to take care of you scalp.

Hair cleaning

: Wash hair on a regular basis using products that are gentle to scalp. Use a shampoo with balanced ph factor and fewer chemicals as they strip your hair of your natural oils.

Hair conditioning

: Avoid applying conditioners on your scalp it is only meant for hair shaft. Conditioning your hair after wash helps to keep hair strands healthy. Serum or conditioners gives volume and adds shine. After washing hair, apply conditioner and keep it for 3-5 min on your hair before rinsing.

Hair nutrition

: Anti-oxidant rich products, fresh fruits, and green vegetables help in keeping your scalp healthy. Products like fish, nuts, milk, peas, beans, green vegetable and fruits promote hair growth.

Hair massage

: Regular massage with your finger tips stimulates blood flow, nourishes your hair and relaxes your muscles.

Hair styling

: Changing hair style every day using styling gel, hair creams, lotions and sprays damages hair follicles. Use of blow dryers should be from a good distance, as the heat can always damage the scalp. Wash your hair properly after the use of such products.
