Nothing is better than seasonal fruits to cleanse your skin. Mix apple juice and lime juice, apply the mixture on your skin for 10 minutes and rinse off with chilled water. You can also cleanse your skin with lemon juice and chilled raw milk. This will help remove any extra oil from your skin and make it less oily.

Make a face pack by mixing honey and multani mitti. Apply on entire face and leave on for 10 to 15 minutes. This will help absorb excess oil from your skin and keep it fresh and matte.

Aloe vera is your best cleanser in summer as it not only absorbs oil but also unclogs your pores. Mix aloe vera gel with strawberry pulp and crushed oats and use as a face pack. You can also refrigerate your face-pack. It will work as cold compression.

Egg white is one of the best remedies for absorbing excess oil and tightening of the skin. Apply egg white on your entire face, and wash off after 7-10 minutes.

Tomato also helps in keeping your skin less oily. Apply tomato pulp on your entire face, leave on for 15 minutes and wash off.

Sandalwood helps cool your skin and gives it a natural matte finish. Mix lemon juice and rosewater into sandalwood paste and massage gently on your skin. This will improve blood circulation and give your complexion that rosy tint.

Opt for gel-based cleansers instead of cream-based ones. Gel-based cleanser removes oil and grime without leaving greasy residue on your skin. Some gel-based cleansers also come with exfoliating beads that help remove dead skin cells from your skin.

Keep oil blotters in your bag. They are very handy and easy to use when you need to remove excess oil from your skin.
