Hi, I am 31 years old and 5.5’ tall, and my weight is 70kgs. As I have a problem of varicose veins, the doctor has advised me to reduce weight about 10 to 15kgs. Because I’m overweight, the problem is worsening day by day as my veins swell and start paining if I stand for long or walk much. Please suggest a proper diet plan so I can lose weight and tell me how to control my cravings.

Hi Karishma, as far as I can see, you know your problems already. Irregular eating habits and less water intake leads to gas and lack of concentration and dehydration. Even if I give you the best diet, it will not help you, as you have to change your eating habits. Remember, fitness is about lifestyle change. Unless you do that, no one can help you. Drinking 10 glasses of water is important. A good lifestyle not only helps you keep fit and lose weight, but also helps your skin glow. Your hair shines and becomes thick. So even if you have regular food and a balanced diet, you can achieve your goal. Also, when you exercise, you develop a positive attitude and better concentration automatically, so make fitness your lifestyle and be happy and fit.
