Though rains bring respite after the sweltering heat, this is also the time people tend to fall ill. Eating right is important during the monsoon to boost your body's immunity. Including fruits like apple and pomegranate, barley, oats, brown rice, radish, garlic, ginger, cucumber, yoghurt, along with herbs such as tulsi, coriander, basil and turmeric, in your diet, can help you stay healthy.

We get city-based chefs to share a few immunity-building recipes that can be made using ingredients, which boost immunity during this season.
