1 Steam inhalation: Steam inhalation is the most effective way to cure sinusitis as it opens up blocked nose and relieves from the pain.

2 Warm drinks: Hydration is required to recover fluids that the body loses during a cold. A running nose can leave you dehydrated, so drink a lot of warm water or green tea.

3 Don’t rely on nasal drops: Nasal drops have a bad effect on one’s health as people get addicted to them, and end up getting allergic to the medicine. Don’t take them more than 2-3 times a day, and discontinue within a week as they lead to rebound congestion.
