It's that time of the year when you love to dress up and get ready to soak yourself in festive spirit. Here's few things that you keep in mind to take care of your skin.
1 Exfoliate your skin: Hydrate your skin from within by drinking lots of water. Before applying your makeup, make sure your skin is clean and exfoliated.
2 Keep it moist: Moisturiser is the key to soft, supple skin so for results use a moisturising cream that minimises water loss, thus serving the purpose.
3 For that radiant glow: For instant brightening, go for a Vitamin C facial. You can also try an instant hydrating mask.
4 For puffy eyes: During the festive season, you tend to get puffy eyes. Splashing cold water in the eyes and the use of eye pads with cucumber, potato and green tea bags will help reduce puffiness. Don’t forget to squeeze in some time for an afternoon nap to ensure you look fresh.
5 Food for skin: Skin needs to be conditioned from the inside as well as out. Choose foods and supplements enriched in vitamins which help vitalise your skin. Eat foods that are rich in anti-oxidants like fruits, vegetables that help kick-start your immune system. In case, you forget to remove your makeup, always keep wet wipes handy. To get rid of tired eyes, opt for a dual eye mask.
