It’s very easy to get dehydrated in summers due to excessive sweating, so we need the essentials fluids and nutrients to stay replenished throughout the day.
Experts share the must-dos to stay cool and refreshed in summers:
Drink 8-9 glasses of water everyday. Consume liquids containing electrol because one experiences electrolyte loss during summers.
Nimbu pani or jal jeera are also refreshing summer coolers. While lemon helps to balance the water level, jeera replenishes zinc in the body that is lost due to excessive sweat.
Any fruit juice or pulp should be eaten within 15 minutes from the time of extraction, else the nutritional value is lost.
