Waking up in the morning and not feeling lazy, not thinking twice about any adventure trip that I would make, not questioning myself when I do action scenes.

My fitness regime
I love working out in the morning and playing in the evening. I am a sports freak. I end up playing for two or three hours on the days when I’m not shooting. I swim, play tennis and squash.
The body part I love training
Chest and my triceps.
The body part I hate training
Abs…it takes so much effort!
Is very nutritious. I always take into consideration the nutritional value of what I am eating. I stay away from aerated drinks, desi ghee, oily, fatty or high calorie food. But I forget dieting when I see pyaazi kachori from Rajasthan.
The supplements I take I’m absolutely against things that are not natural.
My best body feature
Eyes; and I don’t need any workout for my eyes … I just use them when I see good-looking girls.
My worst body feature
I started exercising
because I love myself. I’m obsessed with myself. It’s very important for me to stay fit if I have to live life the way I wish to.
I don’t like to workout in crowded gyms where your focus is on the girls and not on your exercise; so I workout in smaller gyms. I workout in Talwarkars in Goregaon East, in my home and also in the club where I go to play games.
