Some musicians will be working as usual today, while others are set to enjoy the festival of colours.
As most of us busy ourselves today, playing colours and munching on Holi yummies, many Bollywood singers will give Holi a miss and work instead. However, some crooners say that Holi is a day that they spend with friends and family, and they will enjoy the day, and go all out with colours, sweets and bhaang. Here’s what some of our singers would be doing today:
Sunidhi Chauhan: Yes, I’ll be enjoying the festival in full fervor. This time around, I am celebrating Holi with my family at my home. I’m looking forward to all the fun to unroll.
Sonu Nigam: I am busy this Holi, too. Actually, my world tour Klose to My Soul is coming up and we are busy rehearsing for that. Also, I am travelling for the promotions of a few films and my new single, Trini Ladki.
Shreya Ghoshal: Unfortunately, I am not playing Holi, this time around.I am travelling for work and I am not in Mumbai, otherwise I enjoy the festival.
Aditi Singh Sharma: I am flying to Mumbai from Calcutta for a studio session. But, once that’s done, I plan to chill out with my friends at home. Unfortunately, I can’t afford to play colours as I’ve shoots and shows coming up.
Abhijeet: I celebrate Holi in a grand way and spend it with our family, friends and neighbours at my residence in Mumbai. It is like a picnic as few of our close friends and my family head to my farm house in Pune and spend the time relaxing.
Ankit Tiwari: Till yesterday, my schedule was jam packed. But, today, I have taken a little time off for myself and my friends and we are in Lonavala. I am all geared up for some major fun today.
Shaan: We have a group of friends, and for Holi we are at my farmhouse in Karjat, where we are celebrating the day. In fact, it’s one festival where we forget we are grown-ups and end up behaving like kids.
Vishal Dadlani: I don’t play Holi, so for me, it’s a working day. I’d be busy working on a few projects. For me, that’s the best way to enjoy the day.
Tulsi Kumar: I am in Delhi with my family today, and we have a small brunch at home. A few close friends will also join the celebrations. I go all out with gulaal and water colours.
