Batman v Superman was rumoured to be split into two films. And then it wasn't.
The rumour started after a screengrab of what appeared to be the trailer of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice emerged via Ain't It Cool News site on Jan 9, showing two titles and release dates, reports aceshowbiz.com.
According to the image, the first part is called Batman v Superman: Enter the Knight and will be released on Oct 23, 2015.
The second part, named Dawn of Justice, is set to hit theatres March 26, 2016.
It took Superman Henry Cavill to put the rumour to rest. His simple answer was: Batman V Superman will not be split into two movies.
The second rumour has a better chance of being right. It was revealed that the first trailer for Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice would be landing next month, playing before another Warner Bros release, Jupiter Ascending, in cinemas.
