The first artwork from the hugely anticipated Marvel sequel Captain America: Civil war has been revealed by actor Jeremy Renner and it's a bombshell.
We always knew the superhero sequel would feature an epic clash between Iron Man and Cap, but only now are we getting a clearer look at the scale of the action.
Sides will always be taken whenever two big guns face off against each other. And these new images tell us exactly how the teams are divided.
Captain America has on his side Hawkeye, Ant-Man, The Winter Soldier, Sharon Carter and Falcon. Iron Man finds support in Black Widow (curious, because of the history she shares with Hawkeye), Vision, War Machine and the debutant Black Panther.
You must've clearly figured out by now that this is a rather one-sided match-up. Also, there is a large, Hulk-sized hole in the roster. Maybe he'll turn up in some huge action scene towards the end. Who knows.
There is also no sign of Tom Holland's new Spider-Man here and it'll be fun to see which side he chooses, if he chooses one at all.
And let us not ignore the fact that all these cool images have been released by Jeremy Renner, who has seemingly appointed himself head marketer for the film
But now there's no doubt that Captain America: Civil War is hardly a Captain America sequel. It's a bonafide Avengers movie. It's directed by Joe and Anthony Russo and is slated for a May 6, 2016 release.
