The wait is over, and it's time now for the palpitations to begin in full swing. The first trailer of next year's biggest, and without doubt the most anticipated movie, Fifty Shades of Grey, is out.

And like we expected, everything about it worth every second you play it on the loop: from the sweat-inducing shirtless Jamie Dornan to the long-legged hottie, Dakota Johnson, to even the ever so seductive and amazing version of Beyonce's Crazy in Love playing in the background.

The trailer was released on Today magazine and uploaded on YouTube on Thursday. Though the hit count is yet to be verified, rest assured that it'll climb like a rocket any time now!

The plot of the movie seems more or less what we read in the EL James' trilogy by the same name, from which the movie has been adapted. Anastasia Steele, a literature student, meets the stunning-yet-reclusive business tycoon, Christian Grey, for an interview. While she looks a little shy and taken back, he takes control. To repeat her words, he looks "Polite. Intense. Smart. Really intimidating."

Things take off from here: the two meet, make love... but wait, this isn’t just about love. Grey says at one point: "I don’t do romance. My tastes are very singular." Damn straight.

The trailer is almost two-and-a-half minute long and for a good one minute we see them kiss and flirt. But we weren’t really waiting for this trailer for that, were we? They don’t make us wait for long and the next one minute is just a montage of what this series is best known for: sure, simple BDSM (Google it for details. You'll enjoy it).

From whips and blindfolds to red satin sheets and toe-curling orgasms, this trailer has them all.

To sum it up, we use the words of a YouTube user: "This is to adult women, what Twilight was to teenage girls."
