A new TV spot for one of the most awaited films of the year, Jurassic World, was released recently. And it just added to all that shock and awe that the film has been promising ever since it was launched.
The best dinosaur-themed park in the world is open. The thing is, it has been open for quite some time and people are losing interest in its star attractions, also read as dinosaurs of various kinds and sizes.
To get over this lack of interest, the park's boss Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) has got a genetically-engineered dino made which appears to be a killing machine on legs.
The dino -- it is a she this time -- kills her sibling before wrecking absolute havoc on the park. Everyone seems to be in a state of panic as the dino goes in for the kill. As Chris Pratt's park-keeper says laconically, "She kills for sport."
The cast includes Chris Pratt, Judy Greer, Bryce Dallas Howard, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jake Johnson, Irrfan Khan, Omar Sy, Lauren Lapkus and BD Wong.
Jurassic World is directed by Colin Trevorrow who also co-wrote the screenplay for the movie with Derek Connolly. Steven Spielberg acts as executive producer, with Frank Marshall and Patrick Crowley as producers. The film opens June 12, 2015.
