It’s hard to believe that Katie Holmes, who recently showcased her scary skills in the horror thriller, Don’t Be Afraid Of The Dark, gets a cold feet at the mention of horror.
“I appreciate scary movies. I love that genre but they really scare me. I have to watch them with other people and I usually have to watch another movie afterwards, before I go to bed. I can’t help it,” says Holmes, who has a family comedy now on the box office to wash off her fear.
Titled Jack & Jill, the film hits Indian screens today and has left the 32-year-old content with her performance. “I had never done a comedy like this before and I was really excited to learn how they make these kinds of movies,” she says revealing her self-confessed admiration for co-star Adam Sandler, who plays both the characters in the flick.
“I loved it when he got dressed up as Jill. You kind of got used to it,” says the actor, who is visiting India for the first time with hubby Tom Cruise and daughter Suri on December 2.
