Kristen Stewart's mother Jules has denied a story published by a British celebrity gossip site that she confirmed her daughter was in a relationship with her personal assistant Alicia Cargile.
Jules said she never discussed her daughter's love life during the Mirror interview with Sharon Feinstein, reported Us magazine.
"I spoke to Sharon Feinstein about my film K-11 that has been put on display in the Hollywood Museum. It's currently there under the LGBT banner on the third floor. She also asked me about my views on gay rights, which I was happy to express. Then we talked briefly about the fundraiser I am hosting for TheWolfConnection.org. Never ever did we discuss Kristen!," she said.
After noting that she is a "huge supporter of gay rights," she was asked if she knew Alicia whom the site claimed is Kristen's girlfriend.
"I said, 'Yes, she's a lovely girl,'" Jules recalled.
Previously, the Mirror reported that Jules "has given her blessing" to Kristen and Alicia's alleged romance which began two years after her split from Robert Pattinson.
However, Sharon tweeted yesterday that she stood by her story and planned on releasing an audio from the interview with Jules.
I intend to load my tape of the interview I did with Kristen Stewart's mother Jules in two clips. Watch this space— Sharon Feinstein (@sharonfeinstein) June 15, 2015
