Singer Lady Gaga is said to be fuming over plans to make a biopic on her because she doesn't want to be portrayed as "needy".
"She's furious, she's cringing at the thought of her life being exposed on television," contacmusic.com quoted a source as saying.
"Gaga doesn't want it getting out because it will portray her as insecure and needy. (She) wants to be seen as powerful and strong," the source added.
TV network Lifetime originally acquired the rights to the movie - which is being written by Norman Snider and is based on Maureen Callahan's 2010 book Poker Face: The Rise and Rise of Lady Gaga.
