The Revenant star Leonardo DiCaprio has paid $95,000 to go on an expedition with Swedish explorer Johan Ernst Nilson to Mongolia channelling some of the wilderness skills of his character Hugh Glass.

The 41-year-old actor is set to test his wilderness skills in a real-life setting when he embarks on the 10-day journey to Lake Hovsgol, reported New York Post.
