Latin singer Romeo Santos is the latest star to join the cast of Fast & Furious 7.The 32-year-old Latin-American singer has signed up to play an unknown role in the upcoming action sequel from Universal, reported Deadline.

Vin Diesel announced the casting while joining Santos at his sold-out gig at the Staples Centre in Los Angeles.
Santos is the former lead singer of Bachata group Aventura, and has over 19 million Facebook fans and 2 million Twitter followers.
Jason Statham and Kurt Russell are among the newcomers for the seventh installment of the action franchise.
Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson, Michelle Rodriguez, Jordana Brewster, Tyrese Gibson, Ludacris, Lucas Black and the late Paul Walker will star in this James Wan directed film, which will be released on April 10, 2015.
