Razzies, aka the Golden Raspberry Awards, are here again with a shortlist of the worst films of 2014.
Awarded to the best of the worst, the list this year is topped by Seth MacFarlane's A Million Ways to Die in the West with eight nominations. The Cameron Diaz comedy Sex Tape is also up there with five nominations in categories ranging from Worst Picture to Worst Screenplay to Worst Screen Combo for Diaz and Jason Segel.
Following close on its heels is The Interview. The film was shortlisted in four Razzie categories including Worst Picture and Worst Actor for James Franco and Seth Rogen. Franco was also listed in the Worst Screen Combo category, along with Rogen and Randall Park (who played Kim Jong-un in The Interview).
Other films which made to the list include Kirk Cameron's Saving Christmas, Johnny Depp's Transcendence, the reboot of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, A Haunted House 2, Nicolas Cage's Left Behind, Atlas Shrugged: Who Is John Galt, and The Legend of Hercules.
Transformers: Age of Extinction was singled out for a special mention. The only film to get its movie title lampooned, it was termed Transformers: Age of Ex-Stink-Tion when being nominated in the Worst Picture category.
Razzie favourite Adam Sandler (he has won five Razzies already) has been nominated in three categories for his film Blended, including Worst Actor.
