Hollywood might be infamous for its fickle relationships, but there are some friendships that have survived, despite the odds. From Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox to Ben Affleck and Matt Damon, we look at celebrities who have remained friends over the years.

Beyoncé and Gwyneth Paltrow

Paltrow and Beyoncé apparently hit it off when they met at an event in New York, USA. The two are vocal about how much they admire each other. The friendship, it seems, has trickled down to the next generation too — Gwyneth recently posted a picture of her daughter Apple celebrating her birthday with Blue Ivy Carter (Beyoncés kid).

The two are childhood buddies, but their friendship came into the spotlight with their professional collaboration, Good Will Hunting (1997), that won them several awards. On June 8, in honour of National Best Friends Day, Affleck posted a throwback collage of the two.

Kendall Jenner and Gigi Hadid

Hadid and Jenner’s friendship is photoshop perfect. What’s more, they are related in “a weird way” too, to quote Hadid. The two girls have always been there for each other. Recently, when Gigi and her boyfriend Zayn Malik were going through a rough patch, Kendall was the first person to offer Gigi a shoulder to cry on.

John Legend and Kanye West

West and Legend have been friends since their struggling days. Legend is one of the inaugural artistes of West’s label, and continues to credit West for the success he has achieved. Years down the line, the two hang out together and are often spotted on double dates.

Jennifer Aniston and Courteney Cox

The two were cast as flat mates in the sitcom Friends, which led to their off-screen friendship. Cut to 2016, and the two remain BFFs (best friends forever). A few months back, Cox turned up for a charity event at a children’s hospital in Los Angeles, USA, which was backed by Aniston.

Jimmy Fallon and Justin Timberlake

Timberlake and Fallon’s friendship started at the 2002 MTV Awards, and continues to make more news than any other Hollywood ‘bromance’. People are in splits when they pair up. To top it all, Fallon calls himself Mrs Justin Timberlake.
