OSCARS 2014

On the glitziest night of the year, those celebrities who do deign to eat will sip shots of Carrot Orange Gazpacho and nibble on Crispy Lobster Dumplings and Popcorn-topped Panna Cotta.

These are among some of the 50 dishes that will be on offer on the

Oscar

night from the chef known as the caterer to the stars, Wolfgang Puck.

Celebrities who’ve stuffed, tucked and shimmied their way into their dresses may celebrate their wins by tucking into hors d’oeuvres like Crispy Lobster Shrimp Dumplings with Five Spice, Bite-sized Fried Chicken with White Grits and mini American Wagyu Burgers.

For the likes of Brad Pitt, Anne Hathaway, Ellen DeGeneres, Jared Leto and Natalie Portman, who shun all animal products, Puck has created vegan dishes like Carrot Orange Gazpacho Shots, Taro Root Tacos with Avocado, and Butternut Squash with Farro and Wild Rice.

To cap off the night, stars will be offered sweet bites like Chocolate-dipped Strawberry Cheesecake Pops and Citrus Panna Cotta with Chocolate Popcorn.

The

Academy Awards

is scheduled to take place on March 2, and will be televised in more than 225 countries worldwide.
