Tata Motor sale up by 32 pc

Country's largest automobile company, Tata Motors today announced 32 per cent rise in Jaguar-Land Rover (JLR) sales during January 2013 to 34,877 units as compared with 26,355 units sold in the same period last year.

Jaguar sales surged by 40.3 per cent to 5,759 units similarly Land Rover's sale too advanced by 30.9 per cent to 29,118 units,
a company release said.

The scrip was trading at Rs 307.80, up by Rs 9.5 per cent at the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) today.
