(a) Indian Oil Academic Scholarship: Indian Oil offers 2600 merit-cum-means scholarships to students pursuing 10+/ITI, engineering, MBBS and MBA courses

(b) Indian Oil Sports Scholarship: The objective of this scheme is to encourage talent and create a pool of sportspersons and from them select sport appointees to the corporation.


(a) Students pursuing full time/regular courses (not through correspondence or distance mode) in these streams in schools/colleges /institutions/ universities recognised by Medical Council of India/All India Council of Technical Education/state education boards/state government/Indian Certificate of Secondary Education/Indian School Certificate Examination/Central Board of Secondary Education/ Central government/ Association of Indian Universities, are eligible to apply. (b) Scholarship will be given to upcoming players between the ages of 14 and 19 years. There are two categories:

(i) Elite Scholar: Team games - representing the country. Individual games - national ranking from one to five in Juniors or sub-juniors category or semi-finalist /finalists of national championships.

KC Mahindra Scholarships 2014

KC Mahindra Education Trust will offer interest-free loan ­scholarships to Indian nationals for postgraduate studies abroad in various fields. The maximum amount for the scholarship will be Rs. 2 lakh per scholar, except for the three KC Mahindra fellow scholarships for which the ­maximum amount will be Rs. 8 lakhs per scholar.
