Japanese Government Scholarship 2013  

The scholarship offers financial assistance to interested candidates to conduct research in Japanese Universities. The scholars get a stipend of Yen 143,000 (about Rs. 90,000) per month, tuition waiver, round trip airfare etc

Eligibility: Candidate/s with a distinguished career record with a minimum of 16 years of formal education are eligible to apply. (Candidate/s who will be
graduating by march 2013 may also apply)

UGC to outsource NET exam to CBSE

The University Grants Commission (UGC) has decided to outsource the National Eligibility Test (NET)  for lecturers to CBSE.
