The University of Southampton is offering international merit scholarships worth £7,500 to Indian students for its undergraduate psychology programme starting in September 2014. Students will receive a scholarship of £2,500 on successful completion of the first semester, and the same each year of the course, subject to satisfactory progress, covering a total scholarship amount of up to £7500 over three years. The programme includes contemporary psychology - clinical, cognitive, health, learning and social. The scholarship will be awarded to students who gain admission to the university’s psychology programme and it will be paid annually subject to academic progression. The fee for the programme is £16,320 (per annum), and the deadline to apply is June 30, 2014.  Applications should be submitted through UCAS. For more details, visit

UGC to outsource NET exam to CBSE
