A snapshot of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies

Students of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies had a wonderful time at HT City’s Fresh on Campus party

With quick one- liners from DJ Sumit Sethi that had the crowd in splits, latest Bollywood numbers and sudden rain showers that added to the fun, HT City’s Fresh On Campus party at Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies (CBS) was a huge success.

The bash was attended by freshers, senior students and the members of various cultural societies of the college. When the DJ started played popular Bollywood and Punjabi numbers, the participants and students from the crowd started moving to the beats together.

The highlight of the event was Diva of the Day contest that saw participation from 10 girls who walked the ramp, showed off their dancing skills and were also  made to undergo a Q&A session. Swati Kalra, a first year student of Bachelors of Business Studies, won the contest for her original dance moves. Boys too entertained the crowd by dancing on latest item numbers during the Coolest Fresher contest. Rahul Yadav, a first year student, was chosen the winner of this contest.

The show was no short of humour with DJ Sumit Sethi, cheering for the participants with his quick wit.

Diva of the Day
Ten beauties with brains participated in the Veet Diva of the Day contest. After a ramp walk, talent round and Question & Answer session, Swati Kalra, a first year student of Bachelors of Business Studies, was crowned the winner.

Winning this title at the beginning of college life feels great. It’s the best start I could have asked for. I thoroughly enjoyed being part of it.
