A flood victim took his own life with his wife alleging that it was because relief materials were unavailable, in Bihar's Kisanganj district on Saturday.
The man, Bindeshwar Ram, had taken shelter in a school with his wife and four children after flood water entered his home in old Khagra area, the sources said.
Ram's wife alleged that her husband hanged himself as the family did not receive relief materials for three days.
