Cong rally on Mar 17: Bansal to lay foundation stone of railway line from Hansi

Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC) will organise a rally in Hansi on March 17, where railways minister Pawan Kumar Bansal, chief minister Bhupindra Singh Hooda and Congress MP Deependra Hooda will be seen launching important projects.

Dharamvir Goyat, member of HPCC and spokesperson of the party said here on Sunday that the railways minister would lay the foundation stone of a railway line from Hansi to Delhi via Meham and Rohtak and chief minister would mark the beginning of the four-laning of the national highway number 10 from Rohtak to Sirsa.

Goyat said, “The new rail link between Hansi and Delhi, via Meham and Rohtak will save money as well as time of commuters and long standing need and demand of the people would be fulfilled. Similarly the four-laning of the highway will ease traffic flow and reduce occurrence of accidents.

Deependra Hooda has taken personal interest for the new railway lines in Haryana and has acted as the 'Railway Ambassador' for state.  It is for the first time in Haryana that the rail network was laid at such a speed to facilitate railway passengers in state."
