Police personnel present on the spot of accident or on reaching the spot would be responsible for immediate transportation of the victims without causing any delay on the account of unnecessary formalities.

Similarly, people present on the spot should help in the transportation of victims to the nearest hospitals without hesitation, the instruction said. Police personnel will not subject the persons helping the victims to unnecessary inquiries.
