J-K: Militants open fire at cops’ residence in Shopian, none injured

Police said militants broke some window panes of the house and vehicle of the cops before fleeing.

Suspected militants opened fire at the house of two policemen, who are brothers, on Monday night in Shopian district of Jammu and Kashmir but no one was injured in the attack.

The ultras opened fire at the house of ASI Dilbar Ahmad and Constable Reyaz Ahmad at Keegam in Shopian, a police official said.

He said the militants broke some window panes of the house and vehicle of the cops before fleeing.

He said no one was injured in the incident.
