The other accused include Dalmia Cements vice-president Punit Dalmia, IAS officer Y Sri Lakshmi and the then director (mines), VD Raja Gopal.

Sabita Indra Reddy is one of the six ministers under notice from the Supreme court for issuing 26 government orders to help firms that invested in companies run by Jaganmohan.

The CBI is investigating the allegation that Jaganmohan received these benefits when his father, the late YS Rajasekhara Reddy (YSR), was CM, from 2004 to 2009. It took up the case on the orders of the Andhra Pradesh high court.
