A Japanese man, Makota Sukoma (38), died after crashing into a hill while paragliding at Bir Billing in Baijnath subdivision of Kangra district on Friday. Sukoma took off from the assigned take-off site in Billing in the afternoon but lost control of the glider and crashed into a hillside, said sub-divisional magistrate Sunaina Sharma.
