Jat Arakshan Sangharsh Samiti led by Capt Hawa Singh Sangwan on Wednesday decided to impart training to its activists to face the police in Delhi on August 16.

Sangwan, who was at Jat Dharamshala on Wednesday, said: "Ex-servicemen in our organisation will guide the protesters on how to cross barricades and face lathi charge, water cannons or even firing."

After the meeting, Sangwan said they would wait till August 15 for the implementation of reservation and on August 16, Jats would march towards Jantar Mantar in Delhi in support of their demand.

Before the Delhi march, a meeting will be held at Rohtak on July 21 to chalk out exact details of the stir to be launched from August 16.
