Kanda visits his constituency

Sirsa MLA and former Haryana minister Gopal Kanda, accused in abetment to suicide case of airhostess Geetika Sharma, on Saturday visited his constituency.

He has been granted interim bail till October 4 to attend the monsoon session of the assembly. The former minister met representative of village panchayats, municipal councillors, local residents and supporters at his house on the Rania road here and listened to their problems.

He told people that there was a need to complete the incomplete projects in the district. "I will ensure that development works in Sirsa is completed after consultations with the authorities," he said, adding that shortage of funds would never became a hindrance to the development of district.
