"Sorry I disturbed you. The BJP is trying to form the government by buying our MLAs — one with Rs. 20 crore. Such a dishonest government will inevitably hike your power bills. They will never be able to ensure safety for women," this is Arvind Kejriwal in his new avatar: voice clips.

The Aam Aadmi Party has launched a campaign against the Narendra Modi-led BJP government, with the party sending out e-mails with its leader Arvind Kejriwal’s voice clips.

“Why is Narendra Modi silent? Enough is enough. Now Delhi will not remain silent. Jai Hind,” Kejriwal is heard saying.

The AAP is also running a campaign to know who has fared better —Arvind Kejriwal or Narendra Modi in their first 49 days of government.

AAP posters on autorickshaws plying in the capital highlight the problems being faced by people on multiple issues — ranging from sky-rocketing prices of essential commodities, long and unending power cuts, water supply problems and the rising electricity and water bills across the city.

“The campaign will be intensified in coming days with party volunteers spreading out in all the assembly constituencies to explain the party stand in every house,” said an AAP volunteer.

The Delhi Assembly was put under suspended animation in February this year after Kejriwal chose to quit in just 49 days. Kejriwal said BJP does not want fresh elections because its image has been dented due to price rise.
