Mewat head constable held on graft charge

The Haryana state vigilance bureau has arrested head constable Mohd Hussain posted in Rojka Meo police station in Mewat on a charge of accepting a bribe of Rs. 2,000 from Mosam of Rojka village in lieu of releasing his dumper.

A spokesperson for the bureau said a case had been registered against the accused and investigation into the case was in progress.
