Modi makes a strong pitch for business ties

Prime Minister Modi at a meeting with business leaders in Kyoto on Monday gave a strong pitch for investments and a call for India and Japan to work together for sustainable development.

Modi urged business leaders in Japan to work with India in the field of research and to help  the country reach the levels of efficiency of Japan

Promising a favourable business climate he said, " You will get the same level of cooperation as you got in Gujarat when I was chief minister".

He said the stable governments in India and Japan will help both the countries in the days ahead.

The 21st century belongs to Asia but it is upon India and Japan to work together for peace progress and prosperity of mankind, he said.
