Narendra Modi arrives in Kerala

The BJP’s prime ministerial candidate, Narendra Modi, arrived in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday on a two-day visit.

Addressing a meeting of select office-bearers late in the evening, he asked them to go wholeheartedly to ensure the party victory in the Lok Sabha polls next year.

Party sources said he outlined the BJP’s priorities in the upcoming polls.

He will leave for Kollam on Thursday to attend the 60th birthday celebrations of saint Mata Amritnanda Mai, also known as Amma. He will also pay a visit to the Sree Padmanbhaswamy temple.
