Non-Gazetted Officers (NGO) Association state president Krishan Lal Thakur appealed to Class-4 employees to work with honesty, devotion, dedication and create work culture in the office for which they were getting salary and allowances.

Lal said this while addressing the employees at NGO Bhawan here on Saturday. The office-bearers of the association from Una, Hamirpur, Shimla, Kullu and various blocks of Mandi district participated in the meeting.

He said it was the utmost duty of every employee to work for the welfare of general people irrespective of any group of employees or under the influence of any political party.
He said all genuine demands of Class-4 employees in various departments would put up amicably in near future.

He also urged the other group of the employees association to come forward and make a joint front or association for the betterment and welfare of the employees' community and he was hopeful that the leaders of other groups would understand the need of a common platform.

NGO association state general secretary and vice-president of the All-India Class-4 Employee Association Hari Krishan Shandilya said during a rally of employees held at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi recently, a 20-point demand charter was submitted to the Prime Minister.
