Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday steered clear of the controversy over awarding Nobel peace prize to US President Barack Obama.
Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today congratulated scientist Venkatraman Ramakrishnan for winning Nobel prize in Chemistry and said it was a "great pride for India" and a "tribute to the educational system" in the country.
