Two students of Parshuram Defence Academy here approached police on Wednesday to complain against their principal, who, they alleged, forced them to give him a body massage.
Hisar deputy commissioner (DC) Amit Aggarwal on Thursday directed the subdivisional magistrate (SDM) to probe into the students’ complaint.
Eleven-year-old Amit Azad, a student of Class 5, and eight-year-old Rishabh, a student of Class 3, had met the DC with their fathers on Wednesday.
Amit’s father Somnath and Rishabh’s father Ved Prakash told the DC that when they asked their sons to return to their hostels in order to resume studies after the summer vacations, their kids refused.
“On being asked for the reason, they told us that the academy principal, Bhagwan Sharma, forced them to massage his body and they did not like it. They said that the principal also used to threaten them with dire consequences if they discussed it with anyone,” fathers of the two children told the DC.
The students alleged that Sharma used to call them between 9pm and 11pm for the detested task.
However, Sharma denied the charge and said that the two students had some issue regarding their fee, which was refunded to them.
The SDM will begin the probe on Friday, a source in the government said.
