Sanawar schools holds plantation drive

Students and staff of the Lawrence School organised a tree-plantation drive under the aegis of school's nature club on the premises of the school. Students participated enthusiastically in planting large number of saplings of different species over the barren patches of the school campus.

In the first phase of drive, nearly 100 students planted saplings. School headmaster Parveen Vashisht and Bursar PK Sharma along with the faculty members also joined the students in the tree plantation.

Police to conduct polygraphic test on DIG Paraskar

The Mumbai crime branch has sent a letter to deputy inspector general Sunil Paraskar in a bid to seek his permission to conduct a polygraphic and lie detector tests on him. While the police are awaiting a response from Paraskar, the officials said that they would soon approach the court to seek its permission.
