Security forces kill seven terrorists along LoC

The Indian Army killed at least seven infiltrators at four different places along the Line of Control on Wednesday, according to a spokesman of the northern command.
 
Three of these bids were made in the Kashmir Valley, while one in Poonch district of Jammu region.
 
"The Army has killed seven terrorists", the spokesman said, "in the gun battles in Kralpora, Tangdhar and Kupwara in the Valley, and in Mandi area of Poonch district in Jammu region."
 
The army is trying to make a sense out of it as to why the militants have stepped up their infiltration bids from across, that too on a single day.

Police to conduct polygraphic test on DIG Paraskar

The Mumbai crime branch has sent a letter to deputy inspector general Sunil Paraskar in a bid to seek his permission to conduct a polygraphic and lie detector tests on him. While the police are awaiting a response from Paraskar, the officials said that they would soon approach the court to seek its permission.
